Product Overview

The SN774B High-Voltage Tracking Tester is fully engineered in strict compliance with GB/T 6553-2024 & IEC 60587:2022, the globally recognized standards for evaluating tracking & erosion resistance of electrical insulating materials under severe polluted, humid working environments.

Designed for constant-voltage testing (Method 1 specified in Clause 6.4 of both standards), this equipment simulates real-world harsh service conditions: power-frequency high voltage plus dripping contaminant electrolyte on 45° inclined test specimens. It quantitatively tests tracking and erosion performance of thermosetting/thermoplastic plastics, EV cable insulation, electrical insulators and wiring accessories, and grades material anti-tracking capability for new material R&D, incoming QC and third-party certification inspection.
